Mr. Phillips is a vice-president of the firm. During the years 1973 - April 1975, he was associated with the law firm of Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Phillips is an active construction litigation and trial attorney in the state and federal courts, and has also presented program lectures to legal and industry associations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, on the subject of the arbitration of construction claims and disputes, mediation, and the bonding of contractors. In addition, he serves as a judge pro tempore for the Commerce Program of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Phillips is a Vietnam Veteran.
