Mrs. Dailey has been with Venzie, Phillips & Warshawer since 2001. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Dailey was a long time employee of a family owned construction company, worked for a time in construction material testing and garnered substantial experience in the construction industry. This experience and knowledge has provided her with a significant advantage in her commercial construction law practice. Although she represents both owners and contractors, a focus of her practice involves representation of public school districts in the construction process.
