Mr. Costello's practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation. He began working at the firm in the summer of 2007 and became an associate in January 2008. During the years 2004-2007, Mr. Costello worked as a litigation associate in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, LLP. His practice at Klehr Harrison concentrated in corporate and commercial litigation, including appearances in Delaware's Chancery Court, Superior Court, District Court and Bankruptcy Court.
In 2003-2004, Mr. Costello served as a judicial law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court for Judge Jan R. Jurden. During 2002-2003, Mr. Costello worked as a judicial law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Pike County, Pennsylvania for then President Judge Harold A. Thomson, Jr..
In his spare time, Mr. Costello enjoys playing guitar and numerous sports. He is active in the Philadelphia Lawyers' Basketball League, the Wilmington Lawyers' Softball League and the New Castle County Soccer and Football Leagues.
