Several of the firm's attorneys are members of the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) commercial/construction arbitration panels and regularly serve as arbitrators in AAA construction cases.

Howard D. Venzie, Jr., the firm's founding principal, also serves as a neutral and non-neutral party-appointed arbitrator in party-directed arbitrations. Mr. Venzie is a member of the AAA commercial/construction mediation panel and is regularly appointed to serve as a mediator in construction disputes. In addition, Mr. Venzie also serves as a mediator through direct party appointment. Since the late 1980's, Mr. Venzie has served as a mediator in more than 500 commercial and construction cases.
